GROUPS
Climb Kalamazoo is a great place for groups, organizations and
Team Building. Reservations are required for groups of 8 or more. If your group is larger than 24, please contact us at ckzomanager@gmail.com. Groups without a reservation may experience longer wait times.
GROUPS
- Groups must be scheduled at least one week in advance.
- The group rate is $30 per person (minimum number of 8 participants)
- Starts with a non-refundable deposit of $240 that covers the first 8 people
- Minimum ratio of children to adult belayers is 3:1
- Observers/non-participants are free
The Gorge
$ 55.00 per person (6 - 40 participants) 3 - 4 hours
Practice information acquisition and application in this quick paced climbing centered program. Team members have facilitated focus on leadership, positive risk taking, and support as they move through learning the basics of climbing and working toward a common goal. This program is suited for active teams of all ages.
The Ledges
$ 45.00 per person (6 - 15 participants) 2 - 3 hours on the ground team challenges

This short opportunity for your team to come together, focus on limited objectives and have fun.
All activities will take place on the ground. Submit an inquiry to speak to our facilitation staff to custom build this opportunity to play positively with your co-workers.

TEAM BUILDING
Held in a unique 10,500 square foot climbing facility in downtown Kalamazoo, team building programs are an active opportunity to take your team higher. Our programs are led by an experienced group facilitator and customized to your group’s objectives. Thanks to our indoor facility, these programs are not weather dependent.
No prior climbing experience is needed to participate in these team building experiences, and are inclusive of any non climbing group members. These experiences provide people an opportunity to practice the communication, accountability, and camaraderie that benefits any team.
Use a team building program to have fun, focus in on a new project, practice team work, or celebrate your team’s strengths. Suitable for teams of all ages and ability levels.
A non-refundable deposit of half the calculated total will be required at the time of booking. Please contact us if you wish to add participants after booking.
Programs last between 2 and 6 hours.

CERTIFICATIONS & CLASSES
We offer a variety of classes and certifications ranging from kids classes to more experienced adult classes and industry certifications, you are sure to find the right fit for you. Feel free to reach out to us if you need help finding the right one for you!
Climbing Wall Instructor Program
Offered through the CWA - In house courses can be scheduled weekdays, and on-site courses can be scheduled weekdays and weekends with a minimum of four candidates.

Lead Climb 1/2
Minimum 2 climbers. Please note, this class must be booked at least two weeks ahead of time
Take your skills to the next level.
Learn to tie in like a pro, atc and grigri belay for lead climbing, downclimbing, falling skill builder and more!
Pre-Requisite for Lead Climb 2/2.
- 1 Hour Class
- $15/person
- Minimum age 14
- Min. 2 climbers
- Must be already belay qualified at Climb Kalamazo
Lead Climb 2/2
This class should be taken by those with at least 3 months regular climbing experience, able to climb 5.10 confortably, and who have completed Lead Class 1/2 ahead of time. Please note, this class must be booked at least two weeks ahead of time.
Learn to lead and belay sport routes with an expert instructor in a gym setting.

- $75 1 person
- $50 ea 2 - 4 persons
- Minimum age 16 to lead belay
- Minimum age 12 to lead with adult lead belayer (both must have lead card issued)
